Free Adult Weight Counselling Service at The Ivy Centre Every Tuesday
Hey! now we have no excuse not to be fit! Get advice from the resident health advisor who is based at The Ivy Centre, St Leonards, Nuttall Street, N1 5LZ. She is offering 6 sessions of 1 to 1 support to help with weight loss. The main purpose of the sessions is to work with you, to support you to find ways to make changes to your lifestyle to promote weight-loss.
She will look at why you think your weight has gone up, how you have gotten on with weight loss in the past, taking what has worked and building on it, and planning in advance for the difficult times that may be ahead. The sessions last 30 minutes and appointments are available on a Tuesday between 9.30-12.30 am and 4.00-6.30 pm. The appointments are located at the Ivy centre, at St Leonards. You can make an appointment by calling 020 7683 4103
